Grab a piece of paper. Draw a line down the middle. Left side: "Who I am today" — habits, routines, thoughts, people around you. Right side: "Who I'm becoming" — the version of you that already has what you want. Be specific. What does she do at 6am? Who does she spend time with? How does she handle bad days?
Pick 3 things you commit to doing every single day — no matter what. Not 10 things. Not a complicated routine. Three non-negotiables that the woman you're becoming would never skip. Examples: move your body for 20 minutes, read for 15 minutes, no phone for the first hour.
Your environment is either pulling you forward or dragging you back. This step is about removing friction from your goals and adding friction to your old patterns. Move the phone charger out of the bedroom. Put your workout clothes out the night before. Unfollow accounts that make you feel behind.
