Step 01

The Identity Audit

Grab a piece of paper. Draw a line down the middle. Left side: "Who I am today" — habits, routines, thoughts, people around you. Right side: "Who I'm becoming" — the version of you that already has what you want. Be specific. What does she do at 6am? Who does she spend time with? How does she handle bad days?

Do this now: Write down 3 specific differences between current you and future you. Not vague ("be better") — specific ("wake at 6am instead of snoozing until 8").
Step 02

The Non-Negotiables List

Pick 3 things you commit to doing every single day — no matter what. Not 10 things. Not a complicated routine. Three non-negotiables that the woman you're becoming would never skip. Examples: move your body for 20 minutes, read for 15 minutes, no phone for the first hour.

Do this now: Write your 3 daily non-negotiables. Keep them small enough to do on your worst day. That's the test — would you do this even when you don't feel like it?
Step 03

The Environment Edit

Your environment is either pulling you forward or dragging you back. This step is about removing friction from your goals and adding friction to your old patterns. Move the phone charger out of the bedroom. Put your workout clothes out the night before. Unfollow accounts that make you feel behind.

Do this now: Make one physical change to your space that supports your non-negotiables. Just one. Tonight.
Step 04

The 7-Day Sprint

For the next 7 days, your only job is to hit your 3 non-negotiables. That's it. Don't try to overhaul your life. Don't add anything else. Just prove to yourself that you can show up for 7 days straight. Every day you show up, you're building evidence that you're becoming her.

Do this now: Open your calendar. Mark today as Day 1. Put a checkmark at the end of each day you complete all 3 non-negotiables. Seven days. That's the commitment.
Step 05

The Compound System
