Morning glow hack: If you're new to vitamin C, start with a lower concentration (8–10%) and build up. Niacinamide is a gentler alternative that also minimizes pores and controls oil — solid option for sensitive skin.

Step 3: Moisturizer (60 seconds)

Lock in the serum. A lightweight moisturizer in the morning keeps your barrier intact and creates a smooth base for SPF. Two pumps, pressed into the skin from the center outward. No tugging, no pulling. Don't forget your neck.

For oily skin: Gel moisturizers feel lighter and won't add shine. For dry skin: creamier formulas with ceramides or hyaluronic acid do the work while you sleep and while you're on your morning routine.

Step 4: SPF (90 seconds)

This is the non-negotiable. SPF 30 minimum, SPF 50 preferred. It's the single most effective thing you can do for skin health and long-term glow — more than any serum, more than any expensive treatment. UV damage accumulates daily, even on cloudy days, even indoors near windows.
